How do E-mail nutritional consultations work?
An e-mail consultation with Sian at ‘The Internet Dietitian.com’ takes place in the comfort of your own home, office or coffee shop! No appointments to attend, transport costs or missed work days.

The process
Introduce yourself to Sian by e-mail or fill in the contact form) and briefly inform myself of your current health / nutritional needs.
Decide on your consultation package that best suits your needs. See prices below or discuss with Sian.
To provide the best advice, I need to know some information about your current situation. A ‘lifestyle & medical history form’ and a food diary will be e-mailed to yourself, to complete at your leisure. On receipt of this information & payment – I will promptly be in e-mail contact to support and advise you on realistic and evidence based nutritional changes to optimise your health and well being.
